As an FP&A Associate, you'll be an integral member of the Finance team, working cross-functionally to drive business performance, ensure financial sustainability, and support strategic growth through financial planning, business metric monitoring, and financial impact evaluation. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

Lead and support planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes across multiple verticals, ensuring alignment with company strategy through scenario analysis and target setting.

Analyze P&L performance, revenue streams, margins, and cost structures to identify growth and efficiency levers.

Act as a finance business partner to cross-functional teams, gathering inputs and challenging assumptions for more accurate financial planning.

Build and maintain financial models and reports to support budgeting, pricing, and investment cases.

Develop dashboards and tools to monitor key business and financial performance indicators of different products

Co-develop business cases for new product launches and strategic initiatives, assessing ROI and financial risks.

Analyze OPEX and labour trends, run productivity benchmarks, and propose cost optimisation initiatives.

Support strategic projects and assist in defining financial KPIS for new business models and long-term planning.

Contribute to monthly and quarterly closing activities with variance analyses and performance commentaries.

Profilo ricercato

3–5 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or controlling within high-growth environments.

Solid knowledge of financial statements and their interdependencies.

Strong Excel / Google Sheets modelling skills; experience with BI tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) preferred.

A structured mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate complex financial topics clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable attitude, with a passion for helping businesses grow sustainably.

Language proficiency in English and Italian.
