As a Business Resilience & Regulatory (DORA) Specialist, you'll be a vital part of the ICT Governance & Outsourcing Management team, helping our organization meet regulatory requirements like the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and strengthening our operational resilience and safeguarding against potential disruptions. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

Compliance & framework development – Design and lead the implementation of a comprehensive resilience framework aligned with regulations like DORA, including regular risk assessments and mitigation strategies.

Testing, monitoring, and reporting – Design and implement scenario testing and crisis exercises, monitor preparedness, and deliver compliance and resilience progress reports to stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Third-Party risk management – Assist in overseeing vendor and third-party risk management in line with regulatory requirements.

Training & awareness – Educate and train employees on resilience and risk management practices, fostering a culture of preparedness and continuous improvement.

Profilo ricercato

Regulatory expertise – 4+ years of experience in regulatory requirements around business resilience, risk management, or compliance within a regulated environment, with strong knowledge of DORA, NIST, ISO 22301, or ISO 27001.

Risk management – Proficient in IT risk, security, third-party risk management, and experienced in agile working environments.

Agile proficiency – Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities through excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.

Team collaboration – A collaborative mindset, enjoying teamwork with people from varied backgrounds and perspectives in complex environments.

Communication skills – Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively; fluency in English is essential, Italian is a plus.
