As a Senior Business Developer Corporate, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Satispay’s acceptance network by acquiring and onboarding large corporate merchants, with a key focus on omnichannel solutions. You will independently manage the full, complex sales cycle for high-value assigned accounts, from initial contact through to successful go-live, ensuring strong C-level engagement and effective cross-functional project execution to bring key strategic merchants into the Satispay ecosystem. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Drive New Business with Large Corporates – By taking full ownership of an assigned pipeline of large corporate prospects, expertly guiding them through a complex acquisition cycle from initial engagement and solution presentation to deal closure and successful activation (go-live).

  • Lead Complex Negotiations & Close High-Value Deals – By spearheading and navigating intricate commercial negotiations with C-Level executives (e.g., CFO, COO, Head of Digital, Head of Retail, E-Commerce Manager, etc.) and key decision-makers within large, structured corporate organizations to secure strategic, long-term partnerships.

  • Ensure Successful Merchant Go-Live & Activation – By meticulously managing the post-contract phase, taking responsibility for the client's journey until their Satispay service is fully operational (go-live), working in close collaboration with Key Account Management, Integrations, and other relevant internal teams.

  • Orchestrate Cross-Functional Collaboration – By leading and coordinating with internal teams – including Key Account Management, Solutions Integration, Marketing, Finance , and Legal – to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term success for strategic accounts.

  • Manage CRM & Sales Analytics – By autonomously utilizing Hubspot CRM for meticulous pipeline management, forecasting, activity tracking, and reporting, while leveraging analytical skills to monitor performance against KPIs and inform strategy for your specific, high-value accounts.

  • Contribute to Achieving Ambitious Targets – By working with dedication and strategic insight to meet and exceed defined sales and activation targets for the role.   • Proven B2B Business Development Corporate Experience – With at least 8-10 years of demonstrable success in a Business Developer, Account Executive, or similar role, focused on selling complex B2B solutions to large corporate clients, consistently meeting or exceeding ambitious targets. 

  • Expertise in Complex Deal Negotiation & C-Level Engagement – Mastery in managing and closing complex, long-cycle deals, with a strong track record of building robust relationships and negotiating effectively with C-Level executives and senior stakeholders in structured corporate environments.

  • Strong Project Management Acumen – Solid experience in managing complex projects, with the proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple stakeholders effectively, and drive initiatives from conception through to successful implementation and go-live.

  • Analytical & Strategic Mindset – Strong analytical skills, including demonstrable experience with sales forecasting, creating and utilizing dashboards, and tracking KPIs to drive performance, inform strategic account planning, and identify new opportunities.

  • Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills – Outstanding ability to communicate (written and verbal), present, and influence effectively and persuasively, adapting your style to engage clearly and build trust with diverse, senior-level audiences both internally and externally.

  • Results-Driven & New Business Focus – A powerful drive for achieving results, a profound interest in acquiring new strategic corporate clients, and a relentless motivation to exceed sales and activation objectives.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools – Experienced in using CRM systems (Hubspot is a plus) for effective sales process management.
