As a Senior Account Manager - Welfare, you'll play a key role in overseeing key welfare initiatives, creating and optimizing internal and external processes, and managing relationships with C-level stakeholders and external clients while leading a team of AMs focused on SME Welfare accounts’ management.
Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Manage client relationships – By effectively managing and conducting relations with C-Level stakeholders, develop strong long-term relationships with client executives, and drive key account management activities to build and maintain a robust client base.

  • Conduct training and development – To empower key stakeholders and employees to independently utilize Satispay's Welfare services strengthening the engagement.

  • Monitor performance metrics – To track and analyse employer KPIs to align with OKRs, provide regular updates and reports on account performance.

  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives – By working closely with the BD Welfare Team and other key stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, support the achievement of OKRs, and participate in projects aimed at key account team and strategic growth.

  • Ensure the alignment with organizational objectives – By leading the planning, execution and evaluation of welfare-related projects.

  • Lead the AM Team - by providing guidance, monitoring KPIs and objectives achievement as well as organising day-to-day team’s activities. 

Profilo ricercato

  • Extensive account and people management experience – With 6-8 years project management, welfare programs or process development as well as people management.

  • Strong expertise in process creation – With the ability to design, structure and optimize account management processes, training programs and performance analysis. 

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills – With the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to drive creative problem solutions and performance improvements.

  • Proficiency in GSuite and data analysis tools – Particularly strong skills in GSheet and familiarity with data-driven platforms.
