As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our user experience, providing professional and timely assistance to our customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring high satisfaction. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Share valuable feedback – To improve business processes and enhance our products based on customer interactions.

  • Meet and exceed performance targets – Set by the Customer Care team to ensure efficient and effective support.

Profilo ricercato

We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you're curious and ready for real ownership, you'll fit in! Does this sound like you?

  • Customer Care experience – Previous experience in structured customer care, demonstrating a foundational understanding of user management.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – With a collaborative team spirit and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.

  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities – To efficiently handle customer inquiries and find effective solutions.

  • Fluency in both spoken and written Italian and English – Essential for effectively communicating with our diverse customer base.
