As a Product Marketing & Growth Manager, you'll play a key role in successfully launching new product features and scaling our product across markets by developing and executing marketing strategies, driving cross-functional collaboration, and managing user acquisition and retention efforts. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Develop product marketing plans – By leading the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies specifically designed to drive successful product launches, with a particular focus on our Welfare product offering.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration – By coordinating closely with Product, CRM, and Creative teams to align on go-to-market strategies, ensuring consistent product positioning, and developing compelling marketing messaging across all channels.

  • Manage user acquisition and retention – By planning, implementing, and optimizing effective acquisition channels to attract target audiences and by coordinating engaging retention campaigns to foster long-term user engagement and loyalty.

  • Scale product across markets – By developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive user adoption and increase engagement for our product in different geographical markets, considering local nuances and opportunities.

  • Drive continuous improvement – By continually assessing the effectiveness of marketing programs and initiatives, meticulously tracking performance metrics, and proactively seeking opportunities for optimization based on data-driven insights and industry best practices.

  • Product Marketing Experience – With strong marketing experience in a dynamic environment, demonstrating expertise in product marketing, developing and executing go-to-market strategies, and managing successful user acquisition campaigns (B2B experience is considered a significant plus).

  • Project & Collaboration Skills – With strong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder management abilities, excelling at leading complex projects involving cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment towards common goals.

  • Analytical & Data-Driven Approach – With a proven ability to leverage data and analytics to inform strategic decisions, meticulously track campaign performance, and uncover actionable insights for continuous improvements and optimizations.

  • Adaptability – With the ability to thrive and perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, readily taking on new challenges with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Language proficiency – With fluency in both Italian and English, enabling seamless and effective communication within our international team and across diverse markets.
