As a CRM Automation Manager, you'll play a key role in architecting and scaling our CRM automation systems for customer engagement across B2C and B2B segments, leveraging AI and advanced personalization techniques. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

Scale CRM platforms – By architecting and scaling our B2C and B2B Braze and HubSpot environments to ensure robust campaign delivery, efficient content infrastructure, and seamless data flows.

Implement AI & Personalization – By driving the adoption of AI functionalities within our CRM tools for enhanced content generation and audience segmentation, and implementing advanced token-based personalization techniques (e.g., Liquid, Handlebars) to deliver highly relevant customer experiences.

Optimize workflows & tools – By designing efficient and streamlined cross-functional CRM workflows to improve team collaboration and productivity, and by building internal automation tools using scripting languages or platform-specific features to simplify repetitive tasks.

Execute customer engagement strategies – By translating strategic marketing and business objectives into operational CRM campaigns and automated customer journeys that effectively engage users across different lifecycle stages and drive desired outcomes.

Monitor CRM performance – By tracking key CRM performance metrics and interpreting relevant KPIs through comprehensive dashboards to gain actionable insights that inform ongoing strategy optimization and identify areas for improvement in our customer engagement efforts.

CRM Automation Expertise – You bring 4+ years of hands-on experience in CRM operations or marketing technology roles, with deep, architect-level expertise in both Braze and HubSpot platforms for managing complex automation and communication strategies.

AI & Personalization Proficiency – You have practical experience in crafting effective AI prompts and leveraging AI features within CRM platforms for content creation and audience segmentation, coupled with a solid understanding of token-based personalization logic (e.g., Liquid, Handlebars) to create dynamic and personalized customer communications.

Technical Acumen – You are proficient in SQL for advanced audience targeting and segmentation, and comfortable using Python or similar scripting languages for data wrangling, automation of CRM-related tasks, or integration with other systems.

Strategic & Analytical Mindset – You have a demonstrated ability to strategically scale CRM systems to accommodate business growth, architect efficient customer data flows across platforms, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) through dashboards to drive data-informed decisions and optimize CRM strategies.

Collaboration Skills – You possess a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and other teams to align CRM strategies with broader business goals and ensure seamless execution of customer engagement initiatives.
