For our headquarter in Milan, we are looking for a talented Team Leader who will drive and coordinate our Local Operations. Reporting to the Head Of Operations Italy you will lead a team composed of 4 Area Managers aiming to achieve the excellence in the Service Level we offer to our customers and, at the same time, offering the best experience possible to our Shoppers. You will also work on developing processes, tools and analysis to align daily operations with the broader corporate strategy. The candidate needs to be an excellent communicator and team leader working cross-functionally with Business Development, Marketing, Finance, Product and Live Operations functions.
What you will do
- You will lead and coordinate the team in achieving the targets which ensure to have a frictionless execution of the orders;
- You will define specific targets for each regional Squad, setting recurring checkpoints moment to review area performance of each Squad;
- You will be in charge of providing the right amount of supply in order to reach efficiency in all areas in Italy, committing the Area Managers to find creative solutions in finding new shoppers;
- You will be in charge of defining processes and tools which will help the Area Managers to ensure the quality of their areas by acting on the Shopper base, stores and areas themselves;
- You will provide deep analysis and insights on Shopper Saturation, Shopper Incomings and Supply Dynamics;
- You will be in charge of managing relationships with current Shopper Lead Generation providers, exploring new solutions for efficient Shopper onboarding;
- You will use data and business judgment to support the Head Of Operations Italy to take the best decisions;
- You will quantify the cost of actions putted in place from your Team to boost our Supply and you will be required to build insightful reports to verify the effectiveness of that actions;
- You will be the Operations POC for the implementation of some special projects;
- You will manage the relationships with some external providers;
- You will support the Head Of Operations in the management of the relationship with Unions

What you bring
- You have experience in people management and team leading;
- You are highly collaborative and eager to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Product and Business Development teams;
- You are a great communicator and are able to explain complex processes in a simple way;
- You can use Excel with your eyes closed and you have a data oriented approach;
- You have a basic proficiency with SQL;
- You speak English fluently
