The Growth Hacker is the technical and analytical engine of the marketing team. Your role will be to drive both off-platform acquisition (new channels, SEO, performance strategy, landing pages or guerilla strategies) and on-platform conversion & retention optimization (funnel analysis, A/B tests, product-led improvements).

You will work cross-functionally with Product, Ops, CRM, and Design to reduce CAC, improve activation, retention and unlock scalable growth loops.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Identify and test new acquisition channels and lead performance marketing strategy to drive qualified traffic at efficient CAC
  • Lead SEO, content, referral, influencer, and partnership experiments to expand reach
  • Own conversion funnel end-to-end; prioritize and run A/B tests across onboarding, browsing, cart, and checkout
  • Collaborate with Product and Operations to improve UX, supply reliability, and feature adoption
  • Analyze early retention cohorts and churn risks to optimize repeat behavior
  • Drive tests and initiatives to increase 2nd and 3rd order rates and overall LTV
  • Provide personalization signals (categories, price sensitivity, retailer affinity) to CRM and Product teams
  • Optimize reorder and replenishment experiences with cross-functional partners
  • Maintain analytics on acquisition, activation, and retention performance; provide insights to inform growth roadmap
  • Partner with CRM, Product, and Operations to implement improvements that maximize customer satisfaction and long-term growth

Profilo ricercato

Requirements:
 

  • 5+ years in growth, performance marketing, or product-led roles; Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Economics, or similar
  • Data-driven: comfortable with SQL/BI, analyzing funnels, cohorts, LTV/CAC, and channel performance
  • Experimentation mindset: runs high-impact tests across acquisition, product, and retention; iterates fast
  • Product-led growth: understands user behavior and friction; works with Product & Ops to improve onboarding, UX, and feature adoption
  • Commercially smart: makes decisions based on profitability, unit economics, and marketplace realities
  • Extreme ownership: proactive, self-driven, and accountable end-to-end for results
  • Collaborative: thrives in cross-functional teams and communicates insights clearly to Product, Ops, and CRM
  • Adaptable problem-solver: tackles challenges creatively and efficiently in a fast-paced growth environment
