💼The opportunity:

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist. In this role, you will lead strategic projects for enterprise clients, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery across all phases: presales, delivery, and post-sales. Your goal will be to improve customer satisfaction, reduce operational risks, and work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities along the way.

💰RAL: 40K-50K + bonus

💻 Responsibilities:

  • Presales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to shape technical proposals and define project definition.

  • Project Delivery: Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of project no technical activities in according with internal teams and key stakeholders.

  • Customer Success: Act as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring service continuity and effective issue resolution.

  • Governance: Apply project management methodologies to ensure operational efficiency, visibility, and control.

  • Upselling: Identify service expansion opportunities during project execution and post-sales engagement.

  • Reporting: Produce regular reports on project status, KPIs, and risk analysis.

🛠️ Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Project Management or Customer Success within IT or technology-driven environments.

  • Strong operational ownership and effective stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to proactively manage risks, resolve issues, and identify upselling opportunities.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, PMI, or Prince2 (certifications are a plus)

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and clear communication skills.

  • Full professional proficiency in both Italian and English.
