What you will do

 

  • Act as a key contributor to the Global Customer Success team for the Italian market.
  • Report to local CS leadership and work closely with the market GM and Sales Lead.
  • Own and manage an existing client portfolio across media agencies and direct brands.
  • Serve as both a client-facing partner and an operational/technical support for campaign delivery.
  • Drive growth across your assigned book of business with clear targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and execute new opportunities.
  • Build effective campaign strategies, including targeting solutions, troubleshooting and measurement setups.
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance to maximise ROI.
  • Ensure accuracy in forecasting and opportunity tracking.
  • Meet clients in person regularly and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead platform training sessions and client workshops.
  • Run quarterly business reviews and contribute to strategic account planning.

Profilo ricercato

Your Profile

 

  • Native or business-level Italian and English.
  • Other EU languages are a plus but not required.
  • Passion for client success, client development or similar roles within programmatic, data, ad agencies or client-facing industries.
  • Exceptional customer service mindset.
  • Experience identifying and executing business expansion opportunities is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and how planning/buying teams operate in the Italian media agency landscape.
  • Previous experience in real-time advertising, programmatic/paid social, data solutions or ad-tech is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Operations.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with data analysis and extracting insights to inform strategy. CRM and Tableau experience are a plus.
