Your Mission

Lead and Pipeline Management:

  • Manage inbound leads, collaborating with marketing to optimize lead quality and volume.
  • Qualify leads and opportunities, effectively managing the sales pipeline in CRM systems to ensure a steady flow of prospects.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through emails, calls, and proposals, and lead client pitch meetings.

 

Sales Process and Closing Deals:

  • Guide prospects through the full sales cycle, from qualification to closing, including contract negotiation and signing.
  • Identify and propose suitable solutions based on client briefs to maximize value and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Client Success Manager to ensure smooth client onboarding, activation, and ongoing performance management.

 

Sales Performance and Forecasting:

  • Achieve individual and team sales quotas, driving toward monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Regularly report on sales performance and provide accurate sales forecasts to management, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Track sales activities in CRM and maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and clients.


Relationship Building and Client Education:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, agencies, and platform partners to expand potential outreach networks.
  • Conduct educational sessions to demonstrate Adsquare platforms and solutions, positioning the company as a trusted advisor in Location Intelligence.
  • Engage in post-sales activities, such as account strategy development and re-pitching, to foster repeat business.


Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams, including Partnerships, Marketing, and Product, to stay informed about integration updates and new offerings.
  • Leverage partnerships to enhance revenue growth and ensure a comprehensive approach to client needs.

Your Profile

Skills & Qualifications:

 

  • Proven experience in digital advertising, Ad Tech, or a related field, with a focus on omnichannel campaigns.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Location Intelligence, Analytics, and Attribution solutions.
  • Ability to lead pitches and client education sessions.
  • Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and strategic thinking.
  • Great contacts in Italian market
  • Italian (native), English (professional working proficiency)
